Patriots Day Pancake Breakfast

Troop 160 Pancake BreakfastEach year on the morning of Patriots Day, Troop 160 hosts our legendary Pancake Breakfast.  We invite everyone to join us for a hearty breakfast  in Keilty Hall in the basement of St. Brigid's Church, a short walk from the Lexington  Battle Green, where the reenactment of  battle between Redcoats and Minutemen  takes place.

We open immediately after the Battle of Lexington Reenactment  at 5:30 am. We keep serving until 10:00 am, so you don't necessarily have to be up before dawn to enjoy a great breakfast infused with the spirit of community for which Lexington is famous.

This is the sole fundraiser for the Troop for the year, the proceeds from the Pancake Breakfast help to ensure that all kids can join Scouts and participate in activities regardless of their ability to pay.  Troop 160 meets weekly during the school year, we go on weekend camping trips that build character and independence, and spend 2 weeks each summer camping together in the woods of New Hampshire.  We serve the community throughout the year via multiple service projects, such as staffing charity race check-points, raising the flag at Memorial and Veterans Day parades, handing out bottled water during emergencies, and clearing the Minuteman Bike Path of debris from rough storms.
