Hi all,
I talked to Hank and was assigned “Troop 160 departure agent” for
Sunday morning. Please arrive @ or before 9:15
If you are going to either camp and are taking medication with you
(prescription or not), it MUST be turned in to the camp nurse. If you
have medicine this is required:
1) prescription pills must be in original prescription bottle with
dosage directions
2) over the counter meds must be in original bottle with directions from
parents on taking them
3) all med bottles should be placed in a zip lock bag with name on
outside that can be given to the nurse
4) make sure you write down when the meds need to be taken. Meals are
easiest.
To make my job easier, here is what I will check each scout to ensure
they have in their daypack to carry on the bus with them:
1) medicine packaged as described above
2) Class A uniform (nice one with the badges sewn on)
3) A bag lunch to be eaten on arrival at camp.
I think that is it.
