To all who have already RSVPed and volunteered to help out at the Oct 4th cookout and campfire…Thank-You!!!
To those of you who haven’t here is a friendly reminder that we are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday October 4th and we need a head count to purchase food.
Also we still need volunteers for these important jobs;
We need one (1) more gas grill.
Two (2) more cooks.
A volunteer with a truck or trailer to transport the grills.
A volunteer to be in charge of trash/recyclables.
Two (2) more volunteers for food prep.
Two (2) more volunteers for clean-up.
