Stephen Tsaur became Troop 160′s 102nd Eagle Scout on Thursday after passing his board of review.

His project impressed many people and was one of the things which convinced the Lexington Symphony to make Cary Hall their home.  It has also served to get several other related projects started.

So let’s hear a huge cheer for Stephen!
