Dear Unit Leader:

Recently, an invitation to the Lexington Good Scout Reception was mailed from a mail house to all Scout Families in Lexington. The envelopes should have been addressed  “To the Parents of” but instead were addressed to the Scouts.

If you should receive inquiries from your parents, please explain the error. You may also refer them to me to answer any questions.

I apologize for this mistake and thank you for your assistance.
