To Lexington Boy Scout parents and scouts,

It is almost time for the annual Troop 160/119 cookout and campfire at the Old Res. This year’s cookout and campfire will be held Saturday, September 25, 2010. See attached flyer. For those who have not attended before it is a fun time with good food, great company, and excellent entertainment by the Scouts!

In addition to food donations listed in the flyer we need volunteers for the following;

1. Gas grills.
2. Volunteer chefs to cook on the grills.
3. 1-2 people with truck or trailer to transport gas grills to and from Old Res
4. Volunteers to help with food preparation, drinks, serving…
5. Volunteer in charge of trash, recyclables…
