Volunteer drivers are essential for supporting camping trips, hikes and other activities. Boy Scout policy requires that we file for tour permits in advance of most activities, including a list of drivers, vehicles and other pertinent information. We hope we can count on your support and to facilitate planning, ask you to complete the following information so we can maintain a current file on the vehicle you are likely to use for transporting scouts.
Insurance – All vehicles MUST be covered by a public liability and property damage liability insurance policy. The amount of the coverage must meet or exceed the insurance requirement of the state in which the vehicle is licensed. (It is recommended, however, that coverage limits are at least $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 or $100,000 combined single limit.)
