Setup - Saturday, April 19, 2008, 1:00 to 4:00 pm. We need 12 adults. The jobs are: Mop the floor, set up tables and all the chairs that we are allowed to move before Sunday, clean the kitchen, rearrange the kitchen to set up the grills and the pancake mixer, clean out the refrigerator and the freezer, set up serving tables, put up signs, put up scout displays, bring over all items from storage, wrap silverware (if necessary), cut oranges.

Second Setup - Sunday, April 20, 2008, from 1:00 pm until done. We need 5 adults. The jobs are: Get the remaining chairs, finish up anything that did not get done on Saturday, and pre-mixing a batch of pancake mix for the Minutemen at 3:30 am on Monday.

First early shift - Monday, April 21, 2008, 1:30 to 3:30 am. We need 2 adults. The job is to heat the Brown and Serve Sausages.

Second early shift - Monday, April 21, 2008, 2:45 to 5:15 am. We need 5 adults. The job is to make coffee, orange juice, hot chocolate, hot water for tea and to start making pancakes for the Minutemen, who will start arriving around 3:30 am. Pancakes can be stockpiled for the first regular shift. Serve the Minutemen and their families.

First regular shift - Monday, April 21, 2008, 5:15 to 8:00 am.
Second regular shift - Monday, April 21, 2008, 7:45 to 10:30 am
For both shifts: We need 17 adults - 7 for the kitchen, 6 for serving, 2 for the drinks table and 2 to greet folks. In the kitchen, we need one person to mix pancake mix, one person to put pancake mix on the grills, three to work the grills, one to remove pancakes from the grills and supply the serving areas, and one person to make drinks. We need two persons to prep plates, two to serve, and two to serve the VIP tables. The two people on the drinks table figure out what is needed when and keeps the area tidy and supplies the greeters with coffee. The greeters serve coffee to people in the line.

The jobs are: Return chairs and tables to where they came from, mop the hall, clean the kitchen, clean the grills, clean all serving utensils and tools, return grills and pancake mixer to storage, return left over products and all our tools to storage in the other building, return all scouting materials to the other building. We also need one person to take all leftover food to a donation center.
