Dear Troop 160 Families,

Welcome to a new year in Scouting! Its time to register our Boy Scouts again.

Last evening some parents received the registration materials in person.  For those of you who did not,  the forms are attached and I will be available at the next meeting with paper copies. These materials will also be available at our website www.Troop160.com

Troop 160’s deadline for Registration is Oct. 7th.  Below are all the information you need to complete the process:

• Registration Directions
• 2010 – 2011 Troop 160 Registration Form
• Motor Vehicle Form – please complete,  it is mandatory  – even if you think you will not drive for Troop 160
• Annual BSA Health and Medical Form – ( You can send them to me or Franco Wong) Med forms are kept by Franco Wong
• Note  – The Individual Scouting information described in the directions  WILL NOT be attached via email.  I will send them home in sealed envelops with your scouts if needed. We ask if you get these forms just check the information we have logged  in ScoutMaster and make corrections if necessary.

I will be at the next Scout meeting to answer any questions and collect forms and dues.
