FORMS AND GUIDES
Comprehensive list of Scouting forms
Local tour permit. These can be faxed to Kathy Finn in the Boston office at 617-615-0005.
National tour permit. For trips over 500 miles or outside the United States.
Medical forms. Needed for summer camp. Scouts need a new one every two years; adults need one every year. You MUST have a valid medical form to stay overnight at summer camp.
Merit badge counselor form. Needed to be an official merit badge counselor. Needs to be updated yearly.
BSA Boston training information. Youth protection, Safe Swim Defense, Scoutmaster Fundamentals, and more.
Guide to Safe Scouting. Includes the “Sweet 16 of Scouting Safety,” in Section IX. Good information for anyone planning a Scout activity — campouts, trips, Eagle projects, etc.
